Live public website · working operations portal
Aratta Expo digital experience and operations platform
Visitors can inspect archived industrial exhibitions, official downloads, news, gallery material, and a booth-inquiry path while staff can work through safe demo schedules, hall plans, equipment, CRM, finance, and tasks without pretending a multi-user backend is connected.
- Status
- Live
- Date
- 12–16 July 2026
- Role
- Arian Asadi — product audit, information architecture, bilingual experience design, full-stack implementation, operations modeling, testing, and Sites release
- Context
- Authorized Aratta Expo redesign for Aratta Trade Development Company. The bilingual public website is live; the noindex staff portal is a public working demonstration that uses safe sample records and browser-local state rather than private operational data.
- Stack / direction
- Next.js 16 · React 19 · TypeScript · GSAP ScrollTrigger · Motion · Validated local state · Vinext / OpenAI Sites
Arian Asadi / authorized Aratta redesignProblem and constraints
An archive-heavy exhibition brand needed a current, credible public experience while operational work remained fragmented across spreadsheets, hall plans, equipment records, deadlines, and informal coordination.
- Persian is the primary right-to-left experience, with complete English route parity
- Historical exhibition dates must remain visibly archived until a future calendar is verified
- The public interface cannot pretend to submit, allocate, publish, charge, or write to production systems
- Official Aratta brand, archive, and document assets must stay credited
- The staff portal cannot expose private contacts or imply authentication, a database, roles, or multi-user synchronization
Key decisions
Separate a live public story from the private system it will eventually need.
- 01
Rebuild the public information architecture around exhibitions, services, official documents, archives, editorial material, and inquiry
- 02
Direct a scroll-linked booth-construction hero with responsive staged assets and a reduced-motion fallback
- 03
Pair the public experience with a noindex local-first operations workspace instead of a decorative dashboard
- 04
Model schedules, halls, booths, equipment, commercial records, tasks, and imports as validated native data
- 05
Gate admin publishing and AI plan reconstruction behind configuration, allowlists, validation, rate limits, and human review
Architecture
From bilingual discovery to controlled exhibition operations.
- 1Bilingual public route layer
- 2Typed exhibition and content catalog
- 3Official download and inquiry path
- 4Local-first operations workspace
- 5Gated publish and AI adapters
Evidence currently available

Live bilingual public experience
The Persian primary route and English counterpart expose the cinematic exhibition story, archived events, services, official downloads, news, gallery material, and a user-controlled booth-inquiry draft.

The noindex staff route exposes safe sample schedules, halls, inventory, CRM, finance, tasks, imports, and browser-local change history while visibly disclosing that multi-user synchronization is not connected.

At commit 09b9ea9, lint, strict typecheck, 74 focused tests, the Next.js production build, and the Sites build passed; full and production dependency audits reported zero known vulnerabilities.

Admin writes require server configuration; imports validate structure; AI plan reconstruction uses access controls, signature checks, structured geometry validation, rate limits, and a review path before native data changes.
Source: Reviewed routes, validators, access controls, and focused tests · 2026-07-18Confidentiality: The public site uses authorized public material. The noindex staff portal is a safe-sample, browser-local demonstration with no private contacts; it is discoverability guidance, not access control, and does not imply production authentication, shared data, or operational deployment.
