Privacy / blueprint follow-up
Clear data use.
No hidden outreach.
This notice covers conversation requests and blueprints you choose to share with Agent Layer. Updated 5 September 2026.
01What is collected
Quick contact collects a name or company, your selected contact method, and any optional project description. Blueprint follow-up also collects the contact details and blueprint shown in its form. Both include language, source and campaign values, and consent.
02Why it is collected
To create one staff-verifiable request, let Arian review the project context, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and contact you about that request through the method you selected.
03What does not happen
Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing, trigger an automatic call or message, confirm an appointment, approve a project, or create a customer account. No outbound contact has happened when the saved confirmation appears.
04Retention
Submitted lead records expire after 180 days. Agent Layer may delete them earlier when they are no longer needed, when the request is invalid, or when you ask for deletion.
05Security and abuse controls
Contact data is stored in the server-side lead database. Raw network addresses are not intentionally retained; salted one-way hashes support rate limiting. Access to lead export and status actions requires a server-held admin token.
06Processors and notification
The hosting database stores the lead. A configured private notification webhook may receive the same record so Arian can review it. Provider credentials stay server-side, and a notification failure does not erase the stored request.
07Your choices
You can keep or download a blueprint without submitting it. If you submit, you can ask to access, correct, or delete the record and can withdraw contact permission before follow-up.
08Keep sensitive data out
Do not submit passwords, credentials, private customer records, or sensitive medical, legal, financial, or identity data. Use the first conversation to agree on a protected exchange if the project later requires it.
